RETURNS - CHANGES

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement or payment within 30 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, together with the retail receipt or the invoice.

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  • Contact the Online Store the same day or the next working day, by phone at 2310-911111 or by email at xs-sport@hotmail.com
  • The products must be returned to our headquarters (Gr. Lambraki 146, Ano Toumpa, PC 54351) at the customer's expense.
  • The products should be unused and their original packaging intact.
  • The sales document, receipt or invoice must also be sent to us.

RETURN TIMES - CHANGES

Returns-exchanges are not accepted for products that have passed 14 days after their purchase.

RETURN HEADQUARTERS

In case of return-change, an e-mail should be sent to the address xs-sport@hotmail.com, in which the order code will be mentioned, or it must have been preceded by a telephone call to 2310 911 111, Monday - Friday 10:00 - 14:00. The returned goods must be sent to the headquarters of www.xs-sport.gr, Thessaloniki, PC 54351.

PAYMENT RETURNS

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken product, broken package, mistake species etc.). In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way in which their return will take place, your refund will be completed within ten (10) working days from the date we receive the products.

VALUE OF SHIPPING COSTS

In case of return of the products, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is returned and not the costs of transport, cash on delivery or other bank costs.

OTHER RETURN EXPENSES

All shipping costs for the return-change of products are borne by the customer.
